TheDevCo provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback. We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions for each deliverable.
Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client. TheDevCo retains rights to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Client is responsible for obtaining licenses for any third-party assets, images, or content provided.
TheDevCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
